    Outside of work, Brett lives in Boston with his wife Joi and their dog Summer. He enjoys traveling and any outdoor activity.  It’s common to find Brett and his wife on Cape Cod during the summer and up in the mountains for skiing during the winter. He is also an avid Boston sports fan.

    Matt is a seasoned recruiter with 14 years of experience, spending the previous eight years with Fenway Search, a boutique firm specializing in connecting top talent in the Accounting, Finance and Tax industries. Matt previously worked for a large national Staffing Company. He is passionate about cultivating both client and candidate relationships to identify good cultural fits that allow for strong professional development. Matt specializes in the life sciences, tech, SaaS, manufacturing, retail, financial services and real estate space. He has a proven track record of successful placements ranging from Staff to Director/VP/CFO level roles.

    Throughout his career, Matt has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the evolving job market, excelling in positive candidate experiences through effective communication and guidance. Matt is consistently recognized for his integrity, attention to detail, and passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.
